Qualifications

• Required: TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain Polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in proposal writing.
• Desired: Excellent interpersonal relationship and customer service skills.
• Experience in system testing and analysis.
• Experience with software engineering processes.

Responsibilities

• Translate business and non-functional requirements to technical requirements.
• Test, debug, edit, and provide feedback on engineering products and deliverables.
• Interface with customer to demonstrate system-level concepts of products.
• Manage issue tracking as needed.

• Edit and refine proposals to ensure clarity, coherence, and persuasiveness.
