The Opportunity

This position supports sensitive national security programs and requires a current TS/SCI security clearance. • 5+ years of experience in systems engineering, software engineering, systems integration, solution architecture, or related technical disciplines
• 3+ years of experience with mission management applications or enterprise data integration
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical and operational problems
• Experience integrating software applications, enterprise systems, APIs, databases, and distributed technologies
• Experience with system testing and familiarity with automated application testing frameworks
• Strong understanding of systems engineering principles and the system development lifecycle
• Experience designing or implementing automation that improves operational efficiency and reduces manual effort
• Strong technical writing skills with experience producing architecture documentation, interface control documents, system diagrams, procedures, and engineering artifacts
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
• Ability to rapidly adapt to changing priorities while maintaining alignment with strategic mission objectives
• Demonstrated ability to independently prioritize work, manage multiple efforts, and deliver high‑quality solutions in dynamic environments
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and the Atlassian Suite tools (Jira, Confluence)

Desired

• Experience supporting Intelligence Community (IC) or Department of War (DoW) organizations
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS
• Familiarity with PowerShell, JavaScript, Java, or similar programming and scripting languages
• Familiarity with REST APIs, microservices, message queues, and distributed system architectures
• Knowledge of Model‑Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), enterprise architecture, or digital engineering practices
• Familiarity with AI‑enabled decision support, advanced analytics, or data engineering solutions
• Security+ or other relevant technical certifications are a plus
