Join CACI and become part of a team that champions innovation, collaboration, and engineering excellence.**Responsibilities*** Diagnose and resolve complex, mission‐critical dataflow issues.* Partner with Operations and Capabilities teams to develop end‐to‐end automation and testing solutions.* Build and maintain relationships with data consumers and repository stakeholders.* Work closely with analysts and data consumers to troubleshoot data quality and integrity issues* Create clear, concise, and comprehensive mission CONOPs.* Develop, execute, and document test plans.* Document tool development processes, updates, and testing results.**Qualifications:****Required:*** Active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph* Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related discipline from an accredited institution.* 12+ years of experience as a Systems Engineer on programs of similar scope, type, and complexity (or 16 years of experience in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree).* Proven experience planning and leading Systems Engineering efforts.**Desired:*** Strong written and verbal communication skills.* Extensive experience working directly with mission-focused customers.* Familiarity with tools used to describe and document complex system interactions (e.g., Confluence/Gliffy, Visio).* Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand sophisticated dataflows and automation concepts.* Experience guiding system development through engineering management plans.* Experience defining system, functional, and component-level requirements.* Hands‐on experience automating test cases using software tools and systems.* Experience working in an agile, continuous‐delivery environment.* Exposure to operational scenario support and transitions to production environments.* Experience monitoring deployed systems, dataflows, and tool performance.-**What You Can Expect:****A culture of integrity.**At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
