- Experience as Product Owner or Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
- Experience with system integration, SDLC, and cloud-based solutions.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable systems.
- Lead Agile ceremonies and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
- Support backlog prioritization and alignment with business goals as Product Owner.
- Assist or act as Scrum Master to remove impediments and raise team performance.
- Ensure system integration aligns with the product roadmap.
- Troubleshoot and maintain system performance and availability.
- Drive continuous improvement to boost efficiency and outcomes.
