Job summary

Akina, Inc. in Annapolis Junction, Maryland seeks a senior Systems Engineer to apply life cycle engineering principles across Concept, Development, Production, Utilization, Support and Retirement. You will ensure technical integrity and coordinate with Government and program personnel.

The role requires TS/SCI with Polygraph and extensive experience in systems engineering and ISO/IEC15288. The compensation includes a generous package with PTO, holidays, 401k and healthcare benefits.

SE4 Qualifications

A High School Diploma or GED plus fourteen (14) years of general system engineering experience.

A Bachelor’s degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university plus ten (10) years of systems engineering experience.

A Master’s degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university plus eight (8) years of systems engineering experience.

A PhD in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university plus eight (8) years of systems engineering experience.

Salary Range: $187k-$229k (Annually)

The range displayed above is a likely salary range for this position. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possible contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
