Job Summary

Seeking a talented professional to lead the development and integration of complex system solutions through a collaborative, interdisciplinary approach. This role requires someone who can balance technical excellence with strategic thinking to create lifecycle-optimized architectures that meet demanding operational requirements. You will serve as a critical bridge between customer needs and technical implementation, ensuring all system components work harmoniously together while maintaining the highest standards of performance, safety, and reliability. Your expertise will guide cross-functional teams through the entire system development lifecycle, from initial concept through verification and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, develop, and verify comprehensive system of systems and individual system solutions using lifecycle-balanced methodologies
• Evaluate customer and operational needs to define and coordinate system performance requirements across all stakeholders
• Integrate technical parameters and ensure compatibility of physical, functional, and program interfaces throughout the system architecture
• Perform optimization analyses for total system of systems architecture to achieve mission objectives
• Conduct specialized analyses including affordability, safety, reliability, maintainability, testability, human systems integration, survivability, vulnerability, susceptibility, and system security
• Develop and implement requirements management processes, tools, and methodologies
• Monitor and assess technology readiness levels throughout the development lifecycle
• Manage risk, issues, and opportunities across complex technical programs
• Resolve cross-functional technical issues and facilitate collaboration between diverse engineering disciplines
• Ensure regulatory compliance and certification requirements are met throughout system development
• Optimize system configurations to balance multiple quality factors while ensuring mission success
