JFC Global is seeking a seasoned Systems Engineer to support multi-faceted IT infrastructures in dynamic, client-focused settings. This permanent, hybrid role offers up to $100,000 plus bonus based on experience and room for growth.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years of external client-facing networking or complex multi-site in-house experience, broad routing/firewall/cloud expertise, and hands-on work with Cisco/Meraki/VMware/M365/Azure/Dell/HPE. Hybrid work with minimal travel is offered.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of external client-facing network consulting or complex multi-site in-house experience
• Broad expertise in routing, switching, firewall, and cloud technologies
• Hands-on experience with Cisco, Meraki, VMware, Microsoft 365, Azure, Dell, and HPE solutions
• Ability to troubleshoot LAN, WAN, VPN, Active Directory, and cloud integrations
• Willingness to pursue CCNA, CCNP, virtualization or cloud certifications

Responsibilities

• Build proficiency with company systems, tools, and client environments
• Design, deploy, and maintain advanced IT infrastructures for performance and security
• Escalation point for Tier 1/2 engineers and help desk
• Respond to client support requests across diverse infrastructure complexities
• Troubleshoot network and server issues with a proactive approach
• Monitor system health and perform preventative maintenance
• Escalate complex problems to minimize business impact
• Participate in on-call rotations
• Document all support activities in ticketing systems

This position is ideal for a Systems Engineer who:

• Has at least 7 years of external client-facing network consulting experience, or complex multi-site in-house experience, or as a one person shop managing everything.
• Possesses broad expertise in routing, switching, firewall, and cloud technologies
• Is capable of managing complex projects involving M&A, multi-site setups, network expansions or separations
• Has hands-on experience with Cisco, Meraki, VMware, Microsoft 365, Azure, Dell, and HPE solutions
• Can troubleshoot LAN, WAN, VPN, Active Directory, and cloud integrations effortlessly
• Is comfortable working independently and collaborating within a team
• Holds or is willing to pursue certifications like CCNA, CCNP, Virtualization or cloud certifications

Key responsibilities for the Systems Engineer include:
