Job summary

Core4ce is seeking a Technical Engineer (SETA) to support our Springfield, VA team. The ideal candidate will assess policy and organizational direction and deliver clear analysis through white papers, briefings, and other products.

The role requires 13+ years with a MA/MS or 15+ years with a BA/BS in a relevant field, TS/SCI with CI Poly eligibility, and experience in systems architecture, requirements management, and container deployment using OpenShift.

Qualifications

• 13+ years with a MA/MS or 15+ years with a BA/BS in a relevant discipline.
• Active TS/SCI with ability to obtain the CI Poly.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong experience in systems architecture decisions and design.
• Strong experience in requirements analysis and management.
• Strong experience in integration and testing methodologies.
• Strong experience in configuration management.
• Experience developing, analyzing and validating requirements.
• Experience deploying containers to cloud environments using OpenShift and ISSO processes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze policy and provide timely written and verbal recommendations.

  • programming languages such as Python, Java, GitLab, AI/LLM/RAG integration, SPARQL, and RDF/OWL,
  • agile/scrum, backlog leadership, ISSO,
  • development of knowledge models or data graphs, and
  • development of CI/CD pipelines.
