Job summary

Woodside Bible Church in Troy, MI is seeking a Systems Engineer to maintain production systems within the Worship Center at the Troy Campus. This exempt, full-time role ensures audio, video, and lighting systems are reliable and ready to support distraction-free worship experiences.

You will partner with Production staff to prep systems for events, support stages, coordinate vendors, and implement new technologies.

• Develop documentation and standard operating procedures for all systems
• Train staff and volunteers to effectively use production systems
• Provide hands-on Sunday morning production support (audio, video, lighting, or stage management) at least monthly

Job description

Woodside Bible Church is seeking a Systems Engineer to maintain all production systems within the Worship Center at the Troy Campus. This role ensures that audio, video, and lighting systems are fully functional, optimized, and ready to support excellent, distraction-free worship experiences.

The Systems Engineer partners closely with Production staff to prepare systems, support events, and provide training for staff and volunteers. This individual also plays a key role in system improvements, vendor coordination, and the implementation of new technologies, while actively contributing to production environments on a regular basis.

Woodside Bible Church does not offer H-1B visa sponsorship for this role. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship.

What You’ll Do:
