Job summary

Machine Learning Technologies, LLC in New Jersey seeks a senior Systems Administrator to manage Windows and Linux servers in an enterprise environment. You will oversee Kubernetes, cloud platforms, and high-availability configurations, while enforcing security baselines and using automation tools to provision and manage infrastructure.

The role also covers monitoring, access control, and incident response, collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain reliable, scalable IT operations.

Qualifications

• 84 months of Windows Server administration in enterprise environments.
• 84 months of Linux server administration (Red Hat, RHEL, SUSE, Ubuntu) in enterprise environments (installation, configuration, patching, version upgrades).
• 60 months Kubernetes or equivalent container orchestration experience (cluster provisioning, upgrades, troubleshooting).
• 72 months cloud server administration (Azure, AWS, GCP) in enterprise environments.
• 72 months high-availability configurations for server OS (clustering, failover, replication, backup/restore).
• 72 months configuring and administering privileged/admin access.
• 60 months infrastructure automation/configuration management tooling (Ansible, Puppet, Chef, Terraform, PowerShell, Bash).
• 60 months applying security baselines and remediating vulnerability scans.
• 60 months using enterprise monitoring/alerting tools for servers.
• 72 months virtualization/hypervisor experience (VMware vSphere/ESXi, Hyper-V, Proxmox, Nutanix AHV, OpenShift virtualization).

• 72 months of experience administering server operating systems hosted in a public or private cloud environment, such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, or Google Cloud Platform.
• 72 months of experience implementing and maintaining high availability configurations for server operating systems, including clustering, failover, replication, or backup and restore.
• 72 months of experience configuring and administering privileged and administrative access
• 60 months of experience using infrastructure automation or configuration management tooling, such as Ansible, Puppet, Chef, Terraform, PowerShell, or Bash, to provision or administer servers.
• 60 months of experience applying security baselines and remediating vulnerability scan
• 60 months of experience using enterprise monitoring and alerting tools to track server
• 72 months of experience administering enterprise virtualization or hypervisor platforms, such as VMware vSphere and ESXi, Microsoft Hyper-V, Proxmox VE, Nutanix AHV, or Red Hat OpenShift Virtualization, including host configuration, virtual machine provisioning, storage and network assignment, and resource management.
