Job summary

Judge Group, Inc. is seeking a Systems Engineer in Owego, NY to contribute to advanced embedded processing systems.

You will participate in design, requirements development, integration, verification, and validation across multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality embedded solutions. The role emphasizes MBSE, system requirements management, and end-to-end verification, including user acceptance testing.

Qualifications

• BS in a technical discipline with at least four years of embedded systems engineering or hardware/software development experience.
• Experience with systems integration and end-to-end product verification.
• Knowledge of MBSE concepts and related tools.
• Experience performing user acceptance testing (UAT) and system validation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and integrate advanced embedded processing systems and subsystems.
• Support system architecture, requirements development, derivation, allocation, and traceability.
• Perform hardware, software, and firmware integration across the product lifecycle.
• Plan and execute system verification, validation, and user acceptance testing activities.
• Develop and maintain system models using model-based engineering methodologies.
• Create integration and test processes to improve engineering efficiency and product quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to resolve technical challenges and support product delivery.

About the Role

Join a team developing advanced embedded processing systems and hardware platforms. In this role, you will contribute to system design, requirements development, product integration, verification, and validation activities. You will work closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver high-quality embedded solutions while meeting technical, schedule, and performance objectives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 4 years of experience in embedded systems engineering, systems integration, or hardware/software development.
• Experience with systems integration and end-to-end product verification.
• Experience developing and managing system requirements and specifications.
• Knowledge of model-based systems engineering (MBSE) concepts and tools.
• Experience performing user acceptance testing (UAT) and system validation activities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience integrating complex hardware, software, and firmware solutions.
• Familiarity with automated test environments and test automation frameworks.
• Experience working in aerospace, defense, industrial automation, telecommunications, or other regulated industries.
• Knowledge of requirements management and systems engineering lifecycle processes.
• Experience supporting product certification and compliance efforts.
