Job summary

Donatech Corporation is seeking a Systems Engineer to capture, analyze, and decompose system requirements, and to design, develop, and model complex systems and subsystems.

The role includes planning, risk management, and coordinating with cross‑functional teams while ensuring test procedures are developed and verified at multiple levels. A Secret clearance is required to start and maintain continued eligibility.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree (Masters) in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
• Active and transferable U.S. government issued SECRET security clearance is required prior to start date.
• The ability to maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
• Experience developing, decomposing, and deriving system/sub-system requirements
• Experience with Model-Based System Engineering (MBSE) concepts and tools
• Experience in system/sub-system design definition

Responsibilities
