Job summary

JFC Staffing Companies is seeking a Systems Engineer to support and manage enterprise IT infrastructure across numerous locations in the Lancaster, PA area. The role focuses on Windows-based systems, virtualization, cloud services, and robust backup/disaster recovery in both on-site and cloud environments.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of Systems Engineering/Administration experience, hands-on Windows Server and virtualization know-how, and familiarity with Azure and AWS cloud

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain IT infrastructure across multiple sites.
• Administer Windows environments, virtualization platforms, and cloud services (Azure, AWS).
• Implement backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes.
• Manage endpoint and identity solutions, including Intune and Active Directory.
• Participate in IT projects, including migrations, upgrades, and optimizations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex systems and infrastructure issues.
• Collaborate with IT leadership, security teams, and business units.

Systems Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned Systems Engineer in the Lancaster, PA area to support and manage enterprise IT infrastructure across a few dozen locations. This hands-on role focuses on Windows-based systems, cloud services, virtualization, and backup/disaster recovery, with opportunities to work on both on-site and cloud environments.

What You’ll Do

• Support and maintain IT infrastructure across multiple sites
• Administer Windows environments, virtualization platforms, and cloud services (Azure, AWS)

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in systems engineering and/or administration
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and hybrid environments
• Experience with backups, disaster recovery, and endpoint management
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work across multiple locations
• Exposure to automation or scripting is a plus
