Job summary

Sway Creative Labs is seeking a systems-minded Designer who can hold a concept and scale it, building a Figma system that produces many on-brand variations. This remote-first role centers on high-volume, multi-channel, social-first campaigns.

You’ll own design direction, templated production systems, AI-enabled workflows with Claude, and social-channel fluency across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube. Video skills are a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in design, agency setting preferred, with a portfolio spanning concept work and high-volume production.
• Proficient in Figma: components, variants, auto-layout, and tokens.
• Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Fluency designing social-native creative across platforms.
• Hands-on use of Claude or other AI tooling to build or scale design work.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute visual direction across digital, social, display, print, and OOH.
• Design social-native creatives tailored to each platform's format and pace.
• Build large templated production systems and reusable Figma libraries.
• Develop template systems so any team member can run assets without breaking design.
• Apply AI tooling to generate variants, automate steps, and QA outputs.
• Collaborate with social channels to optimize performance.
• Templating motion assets in After Effects when available.
