Job summary

Northwestern Counseling & Support Services seeks a Systems Support Coordinator to join the Technology and Data Team. The role focuses on coordinating workflows, tracking tasks, and supporting training and documentation across a busy multidisciplinary staff.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized with strong Microsoft 365 skills, excellent communication, and the ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office/Microsoft 365 applications.
• Excellent organization, scheduling, and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate intake, tracking, assignment, and follow-through of technology and data work orders.
• Maintain visibility of project status, deadlines, dependencies, and tasks.
• Support staff training coordination and communication related to technology and data systems.
• Maintain technology inventory and related records.
• Assist with reporting requirements and documentation for state/federal grants and regulatory needs.
• Collaborate with Technology and Data staff and end users to move requests forward.
