Qualifications

• 84 months of experience designing, implementing and supporting document capture systems and data extraction for content management.
• 72 months with IBM Datacap Taskmaster v7.6+ supporting software and custom applications, including troubleshooting.
• 48 months of Windows Server Administration.
• 48 months writing complex SQL on relational databases (MS Access, Oracle, SQL Server).
• 36 months with IBM Datacap Taskmaster v9.x+ supporting software and troubleshooting.
• 36 months troubleshooting and resolving network issues.
