Mission Intelligence Group is seeking an accomplished Expert Systems Architect to lead the development and evolution of enterprise-scale architectures supporting mission-critical intelligence operations. This position is ideal for a strategic technical leader with deep expertise in enterprise architecture, systems design, and stakeholder engagement across government and international partner organizations. You will play a pivotal role in shaping architectural roadmaps, advising senior leadership, and ensuring alignment between mission requirements, technology investments, and enterprise objectives.
As an Expert Systems Architect, you will serve as the principal architectural advisor supporting the development, maintenance, and modernization of a complex enterprise architecture environment. You will lead the creation of architectural models, frameworks, and technical solutions that enable informed decision‑making across government and international stakeholders. Success in this role requires balancing strategic vision, technical expertise, and collaboration with senior leaders while supporting fast‑paced operational requirements.
Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related STEM discipline.
18+ years of relevant experience supporting government or industry organizations in one or more of the following areas:
Demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate effectively:
Active TS/SCI clearance or ability to obtain SCI eligibility and successfully complete a polygraph.
Working knowledge of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodologies, tools, processes, and languages.
Federated Enterprise Architect Certification
National Defense University
Experience supporting enterprise architecture initiatives involving government, intelligence community, commercial, and international partner organizations.
