Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Systems Architect to design and implement advanced security solutions across multi-cloud and hybrid environments. This role focuses on securing cloud-native applications, data pipelines, and enterprise infrastructure while supporting secure application development through modern DevSecOps practices. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership in cloud architecture, security, CI/CD automation, and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) within a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure cloud architecture across multi-cloud and hybrid environments.


• Support the secure deployment and integration of cloud and data security applications in a regulated environment.


• Architect and automate CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) templates to support secure application development and deployment.


• Collaborate with cloud engineers, infrastructure teams, application developers, and risk management teams to embed security throughout the application lifecycle.


• Design and implement security controls for cloud-native applications and data pipelines.


• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure and cloud services.


• Provide technical and functional support across multiple security domains to minimize organizational security risks.


• Implement and maintain identity and access management (IAM), secret management, and encryption solutions.


• Ensure the security of data at rest and data in transit across enterprise environments.


• Support application deployment using CI/CD and Infrastructure-as-Code pipelines.


• Promote DevSecOps best practices and secure software delivery methodologies.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience.


• 5+ years of Systems Architecture experience.


• Expert-level experience with AWS services, including cloud architecture, security, and DevSecOps practices.


• Hands-on experience with AWS Identity and Access Management (IAM).


• 5+ years of experience working with cloud technologies or data engineering.


• Experience supporting end-to-end application development and integration.


• Experience working in multi-cloud environments.


• Experience implementing application deployments using CI/CD and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) pipelines.


• Experience with cloud storage services, including AWS S3, Azure Blob Storage, and Azure Files.


• Experience working with relational and NoSQL database technologies.


• Strong knowledge of identity and access management (IAM), secret management, and encryption techniques.


• Understanding of security controls for protecting data at rest and data in transit.


• Experience with Kubernetes, microservices, and/or serverless computing.


• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.


• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing secure enterprise cloud architectures.


• Experience working in regulated environments.


• Strong understanding of cloud security best practices and governance.

Certifications

• AWS Solutions Architect certification preferred.


• AWS certifications preferred.


• Data Engineer, CISSP, CCSP, OSCP, CCSK, or equivalent certifications preferred.
