  • Coordinate ongoing learning initiatives, including Training Tuesday and Wine Wednesday programs.
  • Coordinate the rollout and tracking of approved food safety and allergen-awareness coursework beginning in Q4 2026 and continuing through 2027 to strengthen employee knowledge, certification completion, and operational readiness.
  • Administer the Kitchen IQ safety-tracking system, maintaining training records, compliance documentation, completion status, and follow-up reporting for leadership.
  • Support team recognition programs, including Manager of the Quarter and milestone celebrations.
  • Contribute to culture-building programs and special initiatives across the Food & Beverage division.
Operational Analytics & Strategic Support
  • Conduct competitive pricing analysis for Woodlake Market and other outlets, identifying strategic pricing opportunities and supporting a defined mix of 25–50 traffic-driving items to increase store visits and overall basket size.
