Summa Health is seeking a Systems Application Analyst I - Radiology Info Support for a hybrid, full-time position. The role focuses on designing, building, testing, migration coordination, training coordination, and end-user support within Radiology Information Systems.

The candidate will dive into end-user workflows and collaborate across application teams to optimize the electronic environment. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and Epic certification within 6 months,

Qualifications

Experience with healthcare information systems in an application admin or end-user role is required.
Certification for all relevant applications (including Epic) must be obtained within 6 months of hire.
Strong understanding of end-user workflows and ability to coordinate training and migration activities.

Summary

Designs, builds, tests, migration coordination, training coordination and customer support (including troubleshooting) for the product development that supports Summa Health. Requires deep dives into the end user workflows of Summa Health. Additionally, knowledge of various software functionality and maintenance needs are required to maintain the electronic environment of specified service lines. Performs continued collaboration with Operational leaders to maintain the electronic environment and continued optimization opportunities for Summa Health.

Minimum Qualifications

Formal Education Required:
- Bachelor’s required or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
Experience & Training Required:
- Certification for all relevant applications is required to be obtained within 6 months of hire for all application positions, including Epic.
- Two (2) years of experience working with healthcare information systems as an application administrator or operational end user is required.

The salary range on this job posting/advertising is base salary exclusive of any bonuses or differentials. Many factors, such as years of relevant experience and geographical location are considered when determining the starting rate of pay.
