Job summary

Summa Health is seeking an Application Administrator to design, build, test, migrate, train, and support product development that underpins Summa Health. You will dive into end‑user workflows and coordinate migrations and training, ensuring smooth operation of clinical and administrative applications.

You will explore end-user workflows, coordinate with operational leaders, maintain the electronic environment, and identify optimization opportunities across service lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Certification for all relevant applications within 6 months, including Epic.
• Two years of experience with healthcare information systems as an application administrator or end user.
• Excellent customer service, understanding of service line workflows, and collaboration.

Responsibilities

Summary

Designs, builds, tests, migration coordination, training coordination and customer support (including troubleshooting) for the product development that supports Summa Health. Requires deep dives into the end user workflows of Summa Health. Additionally, knowledge of various software functionality and maintenance needs are required to maintain the electronic environment of specified service lines. Performs continued collaboration with Operational leaders to maintain the electronic environment and continued optimization opportunities for Summa Health.

Minimum Qualifications

• Formal Education Required:
• Bachelor's required or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• Experience & Training Required:
• Certification for all relevant applications is required to be obtained within 6 months of hire for all application positions, including Epic.
• Two (2) years of experience working with healthcare information systems as an application administrator or operational end user is required.

Salary

$34.00/hr - $50.99/hr

The salary range on this job posting/advertising is base salary exclusive of any bonuses or differentials. Many factors, such as years of relevant experience and geographical location are considered when determining the starting rate of pay.
