• Demonstrated experience troubleshooting failed SSO or user-access issues.
• Demonstrated experience integrating applications or systems into an enterprise platform.
• Ability to write user stories and gather requirements.

Job description

This is a 6-month contract role for a Technical Systems Analyst to support and maintain an internal platform with a primary focus on Single Sign-On (SSO), identity and access management, and application integrations. The position is based in Deerfield Beach, Florida.

This is a hands-on technical role, with approximately 75% of responsibilities involving SSO/IAM troubleshooting, access configuration, system integrations, and platform support. The remaining 25% involves Business Analyst responsibilities, including gathering requirements, writing user stories, and communicating with stakeholders.
