Responsibilities

Project Leadership

• Lead medium to large-scale technology projects from initiation through implementation and post-production support.

Systems Analysis & Solution Design

• Gather, analyze, and document business, operational, and technical requirements.
• Evaluate existing workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Design and recommend system solutions that align with organizational standards and business goals.
• Create functional specifications, workflow diagrams, testing plans, and implementation documentation.
• Collaborate with technical teams to develop, configure, and implement solutions.

Application & Technical Support

• Provide advanced support for enterprise applications and interfaces.
• Investigate and resolve complex system issues across multiple integrated platforms.
• Analyze logs, interfaces, databases, and system configurations to identify root causes.
