Job summary

• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience maintaining project documentation and keeping SharePoint and GitHub repositories current and up to date
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Experience coordinating multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced federal IT environment
• Experience supporting Agile project management methodologies

• Develop project charters and project schedules throughout the full project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, implementation, and final acceptance
• Analyze, categorize, and track ongoing Operations & Maintenance (O&M) activities and development tasks
• Participate in project planning and estimation efforts
• Prepare and deliver frequent project status reports to the NAL Data Production and Information Products divisions
• Coordinate projects and maintain project issues within USDA GitHub repositories
• Lead Agile scrum meetings, project meetings, and coordination sessions
• Coordinate requirements gathering activities and obtain task signoffs from business stakeholders
• Communicate project schedule changes, risks, and issues that may impact project scope to the IT Project Manager and stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support successful project execution and continuous process improvement
