Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Information Technology, Project Management).
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Systems Analyst or related title.

• Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
• Familiarity with project management tools and software.
• Experience with database management preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, Azure Functions, Service Bus preferred, Bitbucket, CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs and processes: conduct stakeholder interviews and gather requirements.
• Design and develop system solutions with specifications and integrations.
• Implement and test solutions with plans for functional, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Post-implementation support: monitor performance and provide user training.
• Possibly perform data analysis, maintain security practices, and support reporting needs.
