Our client, Axxum Technologies, is seeking a Systems Analyst with TIERS experience to analyze, maintain, and support the Texas Integrated Eligibility and Referral System (TIERS) applications used within HHS. Responsibilities include troubleshooting system issues, gathering user requirements, testing updates, and ensuring smooth operation for staff and beneficiaries accessing social services programs through TIERS.
The Systems Analyst III will oversee enrollment-related TIERS project activities, perform highly advanced work on all TIERS business updates or enhancements using agile processes, and provide project administration for multiple projects. The role includes providing technical assistance and consulting to program staff, government agencies, and vendors, with a strong knowledge of TIERS and managed care policies and processes. Analyzing managed care data, including Medicaid/CHIP eligibility, premium payments, and encounter data, to resolve issues is also expected.
The ideal candidate should be able to identify problems and develop solutions, work independently with minimal supervision, and thrive in an environment that values innovation, excellence, diversity, and continuous improvement.
