FusionTek is seeking a Systems Analyst to bridge IT infrastructure management and end-user needs across hybrid environments in the greater Seattle area, Washington, DC, and Tampa, FL. You will handle escalated tickets, assist with server admin, networking, and security tasks, and mentor Level One technicians while maintaining documentation and client-facing communication.

The role emphasizes strong Windows/macOS and server/network skills, with certifications such as CompTIA A+/Network+

Qualifications

• Requires CompTIA A+ and/or Network+ (or willingness to obtain after employment).
• MD-102 preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and macOS.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server 2016/2019/2022.
• Experience with SonicWall firewalls and Datto networking gear.
• Familiarity with on-prem SharePoint administration and MS 365 suite with Intune.
• Experience with Azure and/or AWS is a plus.
• Experience with Datto BCDR or SaaS Backup is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite support for networking and server deployments and mentor Level One technicians.

As a Systems Analyst, you should possess excellent expertise in desktop operating systems, have a solid understanding of server operating systems and networking, and be motivated to provide the best possible experience for our clients. Throughout the day, you will be translating technology for end users who may not always be technically savvy, making strong communication skills essential in this role.

This position is listed as “Hybrid” and requires flexibility to work from home, in the Federal Way office, and at client sites as needed. You should be comfortable shifting between locations throughout the week based on business needs.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Handle escalated support tickets, including break/fix issues, application installations, and configuration of user‑level settings.

• Contribute to server administration, networking, and security tasks, such as:

  • Setting up new Hyper‑V hosts
  • Troubleshooting and deploying SonicWall firewalls
  • Managing Datto networking switches and access points
  • Supporting additional modern technologies implemented across client environments

• Provide onsite support as needed for networking and server deployments, offering guidance and mentorship to Level One technicians.

• Use the ticketing system to document, monitor, and elevate tickets appropriately, ensuring accurate and up‑to‑date information throughout the process.

• Maintain and update the documentation platform to ensure all procedures, configurations, and client details remain current.

• Collaborate with the technical team to deliver exceptional service to clients, both remotely and onsite, ensuring a positive and professional support experience. Experience & Qualifications

• CompTIA A+ and/or Network+ required (If not currently held, must be obtained after employment)

• MD‑102 preferred Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and macOS

• Strong knowledge of Windows Server 2016, 2019, and 2022

• Working knowledge of SonicWall firewalls, Datto Networking, and core networking concepts

• Working knowledge of on-premise SharePoint administration

• Working knowledge Microsoft 365 Office Suite and cloud services including Intune

• Experience with Azure and/or AWS is a plus

• Experience with Datto BCDR and/or SaaS Backup is a plus

• Experience with VOIP Telephony including Teams is a plus Professional & Soft Skills

• Exceptional written and verbal communication

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Strong time‑management and organizational skills

• Ability to lift and transport equipment up to 50 lbs
