Job summary

Procom, on behalf of our Oil & Gas client, seeks a Systems Analyst IV for a contract role in Houston. The position is hybrid with four days onsite at the client’s Houston office, focusing on SAP EAM implementation and integration across PM/SM and PS modules.

Responsibilities include hands-on SAP EAM configuration, blueprints, gap analysis, end-to-end project delivery, and aligning EAM solutions with IT roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in enterprise asset management solutions.
• Experience with 2 full cycle SAP implementations.
• Experience with converting acquisitions/mergers into current platforms.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to communicate technical ideas to technical and non-technical peers.
• Experience with SAP enterprise modules integration (CRM, MM, FI).

Responsibilities

• Hands-on functional configuration and design with SAP EAM, PM/SM, and PS.
• Conduct business workshops, including gap analysis, blueprinting, and design.
• Manage full cycle implementation from requirements gathering to post go-live support.
• Transform requirements into detailed systems design and implement in SAP.
• Capture business requirements and create EAM solutions aligned with business-IT roadmaps.
• Collaborate with EAM architects to identify opportunities for emerging technologies.
• Liaison between clients, vendors, project management, and technical teams.
• Guide fit/gap analysis and validate design decisions.
