Job summary

Penn Highlands Healthcare is seeking a Systems Analyst to support, improve, automate, develop, report, write, and integrate diverse systems across the enterprise, including physician offices.

Responsibilities include collaborating with teams, handling on-call needs, and aligning initiatives with management guidance to optimize operations and data flow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/Information Systems, or related field, Required
• One year work experience in Information Technology, Preferred
• Flexible work hours and ability/willingness to be on call as needed, Required
• Detail oriented with strong customer service and analytical skills, Required
• Knowledge of project management, data flow design, and report writing
• Working knowledge of system programming, database development, and database administration
• A+Network+ Certification to validate knowledge and competency within one year
