Position: Epic Billing Systems Analyst

This role involves assisting with feasibility analysis, estimating, planning, designing, developing, quality assurance, evaluation, and modification of automated systems. Use your experience to support departmental goals and enhance your skills in an innovative healthcare setting.

Work Schedule: Remote work from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with on-call requirements.

Responsibilities include:

1. Participate in analysis, design, development, and modification of automated systems.
2. Define training needs and assist with training.
3. Recommend solutions to improve system functionality.
4. Support project assignments and small system implementations.
5. Contribute to solution development and maintain schedules.
6. Track resources and report on project timelines and performance.
7. Develop documentation on operational and business objectives, technology capabilities, and resource requirements.
8. Maintain project plans and communication.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field plus 5 years of relevant experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 7 years of relevant experience OR Bachelor's Degree plus 3 years of relevant experience.
• ITIL Foundations Certification within six months of hire.
• Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 3-5 years of Epic build experience.
• One or more Epic Certifications (e.g., Resolute Hospital Billing, SBO, Claims, Charge Router).

Physical Requirements:

• Extended stationary work.

Pay Range:

Hourly: $33.46 - $51.03
