Job summary

WakeMed in Raleigh, North Carolina is looking for a Systems Analyst II to lead the build, rollout, and support of Epic Business Applications. The candidate will be responsible for application support including design, analysis, configuration, testing, and training. This role requires effective communication with end users and collaboration with departmental management.

This position prefers candidates with EPIC certification and an Associate's Degree in Business, Healthcare or Technology, alongside 3 years of systems analysis experience.

Qualifications

• 3 years experience in Information Technology - Systems Analysis.
• EPIC Certification in Area of Responsibility preferred.
• Certified or licensed in field of practice preferred.

Responsibilities
