Job summary

Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC) is seeking a technical designer to craft enhancements and new business applications by integrating business requirements with technical specifications. You will bridge business analyst needs and architectural definitions to deliver robust technical solutions.

The role requires strong SQL, C#/ASP.NET, SOA, and Agile experience, plus knowledge of Facets, SSIS, and healthcare data standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent IT experience with 2+ years IT or 6+ years IT experience alternative paths.
• Knowledge of Facets configuration and cloud computing (SaaS/IaaS/PaaS).
• Proficient in scripting languages (BASH, .NET).
• Hands-on SQL, stored procedures, VBScript, XML.
• Experience with SSIS and data integration.
• SOA with SOAP/REST APIs; ASP.NET/C#.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical thinking; good communication.
• Knowledge of Disaster Recovery and healthcare EDI (834, 837).
