Job summary

Jobtailor in Frederick, MD seeks a Systems Analyst to optimize ERP and cloud-based applications supporting after-market sales and service. You will analyze, test, and implement ERP configurations, while supporting reporting, Windows/mobile ERP interfaces, and BI enhancements.

The ideal candidate has significant ERP experience, SAP ERP with BI, and programming knowledge across VB/VBA/ASP.NET/ADO.NET/JAVA/C++/ABAP, along with strong problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Understanding of software development, testing and support.

Responsibilities

• Perform Systems Analyst duties with ERP system and related cloud based applications with a concentration on after market sales and service.
• Review, analyze and modify ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system, including testing, debugging, configuration and installing to support the organizations application system.
• Support other application systems with new implementations, enhancements and monitoring, including cloud based systems associated with company’s ERP system.
• Create and modify reports and forms using report and form development tools.
• Create and modify ERP windows and mobile applications.
• Troubleshoot and solve user issues within system.
• Enhance and improve ERP and related cloud based systems efficiency.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) with significant experience with ERP Systems.
• Basic Manufacturing and After Market Sales and Service Business Knowledge.
• Microsoft System knowledge including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SQL and SharePoint.
• Must understand software development, testing and support.
• Must possess strong problem solving skills with demonstrated ability to initiate and participate in technical discussions on complex issues.
• Preferred Experience: Associates or Bachelor Degree in Information Systems or a computer related field
• SAP ERP Experience, with Business Intelligence.
