Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/BA or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in systems analysis or related IT role.
• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies.
• Experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements.
• Knowledge of databases, system integrations, APIs, and enterprise applications.
• Strong analytic, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, Visio, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
