Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; three years of progressively responsible experience in systems analysis in a large-scale IT environment; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops system specifications; meets with County employees and managers, subject matter experts, system users, technical staff, and vendors to gather requirements and document them.
• Evaluates solution alternatives; researches commercial software; analyzes products for compliance with requirements; conducts cost/benefit analysis and risk assessment.
