STATE STREET CORPORATION in Massachusetts is seeking an AVP Systems Analyst to partner with business stakeholders and technology teams, translating needs into well-defined system solutions. You will gather requirements, document functional and non-functional specs, create process flows, and work with developers, testers, and project managers to support design, delivery, and production readiness.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience performing systems or business analysis in a technology delivery environment.
• Familiarity with SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
• Experience with data analysis, system interfaces, and process modeling.
• Comfortable working in a complex enterprise environment with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements.

• Provide ongoing analysis and support for system enhancements, defects, and change requests.
• Maintain accurate documentation including requirements, process flows, and system artifacts.
• Serve as a liaison across business, technology, and operations to ensure alignment throughout the delivery lifecycle.

This role sits at the intersection of business, technology, and operations, supporting the design, delivery, and ongoing improvement of systems and applications.

• Experience with data analysis, system interfaces, and process modeling


• Additional requirements: Comfortable working in a complex enterprise environment with multiple stakeholders. Experience supporting large‑scale or multi‑team initiatives is a plus.

Work Requirement

Onsite 4 days a week in office and one day remote

Standard business hours aligned to project and stakeholder needs

Salary Range

Salary Range: $90,000 - $157,500 Annual. The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
