State Street Corporation seeks a hands-on Application Engineering Agile Room Lead (Vice President) to drive modernization of a large-scale Investment Accounting platform. Who we are looking for State Street is looking for a hands-on Application Engineering Agile Room Lead to provide engineering leadership in the build-out, modernization, and enhancement of a large-scale, business-critical Investment Accounting platform. The candidate will work in a dynamic, fast-paced Agile team environment, partnering closely with business and technology teams across global locations. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience leading software engineering teams responsible for complex enterprise applications, a strong understanding of financial services and investment accounting workflows, and proven success modernizing large-scale legacy systems. The candidate will help drive the evolution of the platform through modernization initiatives, adoption of contemporary engineering practices, and selective use of cloud capabilities where they deliver measurable business value.

Additional requirements Regular collaboration with offshore teams in India and China, as well as management and technical teams on the U.S. East Coast, is required. Demonstrated experience leading, motivating, coaching, and developing high-performing engineering teams. Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to build partnerships across business and technology organizations.
Onsite 2 days a week in office and three days remote. Standard business hours aligned to project and stakeholder needs(8am to 5pm)
Salary Range: $125,000 - $215,000 Annual. The range quoted above applies to the role in the location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the location above, the applicable range could differ.
