Job Opportunity: IT Support Specialist at Green Bay Packaging

Join our team at Green Bay Packaging, a family-owned, vertically integrated company with a rich history since 1933. We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to support our manufacturing and business processes in a fully in-person role.

Responsibilities

• Support applications related to raw materials procurement, orders, machine scheduling, production, product testing, finished goods inventory, invoicing, and sales reporting.
• Research innovative technologies to enhance organizational efficiency.
• Validate system results through testing and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with end users, vendors, Tier 2 Support, and developers to resolve application issues.
• Stay updated with industry publications and participate in professional organizations.
• Implement new workflow solutions and evaluate alternatives.
• Address production support issues promptly to improve user experience.

Qualifications

• Experience with manufacturing principles and business processes.
• Experience configuring manufacturing systems; ERP systems experience (Kiwiplan or Amtech) is a plus.
• Help Desk background is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Customer service orientation and excellent communication skills.
