POSITION: SYSTEMS ANALYST ( PEGA, ETL, SALESFORCE, HADOOP or VMWARE Technologies )

Pay/Salary: $167,835.00 year.

JOB DUTIES: Involve in system analysis, design, development and testing phases of various enterprise systems built on technologies such as PEGA, ETL, Salesforce or Hadoop. Install and configure Hadoop Ecosystem components on various virtual VMware based servers . Use Spark Data Frame API to process Structured and Semi Structured files and load them back into S3 Bucket. Migrate Map reduce jobs to Spark Jobs to achieve better performance. Perform advanced procedures like text analytics and processing, using the in-memory computing capabilities of Spark. Automating and scheduling the Sqoop jobs in a timely manner using Unix Shell Scripts. Import the data using ETL from various sources and populated it into HDFS using Sqoop. Automate the process for extraction of data from warehouses and weblogs by developing work-flows and coordinator jobs in OOZIE. Develop MapReduce jobs to Convert data files into Parquet file format. Gather and define customer requirements to develop clear specifications for creating well-organized project plans for automating various systems. Stress-test server code to validate code changes built on various technologies. Work under supervision. Travel And/or Relocation to Unanticipated Client Sites throughout USA is required.

EDUCATION: Master’sdegree in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Business/ Math/Science/Engineering (Any) or closely related field with Six (6) months of experience in the job offered or as an IT Consultant or IT Analyst or Developer or Programmer or IT Engineer or closely related field. Employer also accepts Bachelor’sdegree in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Business/ Math/Science/ Engineering (Any) or related field plus five years of progressive work experience in related field.

EXPERIENCE:Experience should include Six (6) months of working with any one of PEGA, ETL, SALESFORCE, HADOOP or VMWARE Technologies is required. Travel and/or relocation is required to unanticipated client sites within USA. International travel is not required. The frequency of travel is currently not known as it depends on the client and project requirement that cannot be currently anticipated. Employer provides Information technology services to various clients in USA and hence implementing projects will require such travel.
