Job summary

FIT Staffing seeks Systems Analysts of multiple experience levels to support enterprise software implementations for government and environmental programs. Hybrid or remote work in the United States, direct hire with salary in the $80,000–$100,000 range depending on experience.

You will work with clients to understand business needs, translate requirements into technical solutions, configure software, troubleshoot challenges, and guide implementations across projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in software implementation, systems analysis, or business analysis.
• Background with enterprise software, SaaS, ERP, CRM, GIS, or similar apps.
• Proficient in SQL and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Experience with data migration, ETL, and data validation.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support software implementation projects from discovery through deployment.
• Gather requirements and translate them into practical solutions.
• Configure enterprise software to meet client needs.
• Support data migrations, integrations, and system implementations.
• Write SQL queries to analyze, validate, and troubleshoot data.

The Role

As a Systems Analyst, you will work directly with clients to understand their business needs, translate requirements into technical solutions, configure software, troubleshoot challenges, and help guide successful software implementations.

Depending on your experience level, you may contribute to implementation projects, independently lead client engagements, or provide guidance and mentorship to other analysts.

• Enterprise software, SaaS, ERP, CRM, GIS, or similar business applications.
• SQL and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Data migration, ETL, systems integration, or data validation.
• Requirements gathering and business process analysis.
• Software configuration and solution design.
• Client-facing consulting or implementation work.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
