Responsibilities

• Support and maintain the platform, focusing on SSO and identity/access integrations.
• Troubleshoot user access issues involving SSO, authentication, permissions, provisioning, and application connectivity.
• Configure and adjust user access based on technical and business requirements.
• Support platform components including Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD, Active Directory, Azure SSO, and related IAM processes.
• Integrate new internally developed, third-party, or OEM applications into the platform.
• Assist with disconnecting or decommissioning applications and integrations no longer needed.
• Investigate platform and access issues, identify root causes, and coordinate resolution.
• Perform ongoing platform maintenance and administrative support.
• Gather technical and functional requirements from stakeholders.
• Write clear, actionable user stories; BRD creation is not primary.
• Communicate effectively with business users, technical teams, application owners, and vendors.
• Independently manage assigned issues and initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Job Title: Systems Analyst

Role Overview:
You will support and maintain an internal platform focused on Single Sign-On (SSO), identity and access management (IAM), and application integrations. About 75% of your time will be hands-on technical troubleshooting, configuration, and support. The remaining 25% involves gathering requirements, writing user stories, and communicating with stakeholders. You should have at least 3 years of experience with Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD, Azure SSO, Active Directory, and IAM, with strong skills in troubleshooting complex user access issues and system integration.
