Our client, a government agency dedicated to enhancing digital services, is seeking a Systems Analyst to join their team. As a Systems Analyst, you will be part of the Digital Services program supporting the Office of Information Technology. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Systems Analyst Location: 100% Remote Pay Range: $58/hr. What's the Job?

• Assess the impact of system integrations on current processes and systems
• Document functional and non-functional requirements for application integration
• Define APIs or data interchange formats for seamless communication between systems
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and align with agency business needs
• Analyze existing systems and architecture to identify integration points and develop technical specifications

What's Needed?

• 5+ years of experience defining requirements for application integration
• Proficiency in analyzing existing systems and architecture to identify integration points
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements at State and Federal levels
• Familiarity with information architecture, integration strategies, and API development
• Experience with OIDC 2.0 & SCIM 2.0, especially regarding Okta, and knowledge of NIST SP 800‑53 & NIST Cybersecurity Framework 2.0
