Position Description
This position is hybrid - days in office. The candidate will support ADOT's (Arizona Department of Transportation) ITG's (Information Technology Group) Support Desk, which operates Monday - Friday, excluding State holidays, from : am to : pm. The role involves assisting internal customers with a customer-centric approach, understanding and documenting customer needs, troubleshooting, and escalating issues as needed. The support includes desktop applications, web-based applications, client/server applications, hardware, operating systems, third-party software, custom applications, and network protocols. Local candidates only; remote work not permitted.
Experience in a call center supporting Windows and Office is required.
