Job summary

Leader Communications Inc. (LCI) is seeking a Systems Administrator to provide IT support services, including systems administration, end-user support, and IT metrics reporting. Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field and a minimum of 3–5 years of IT experience, alongside DoD 8570 Baseline Certification (IAT Level II or equivalents) and a valid U.S. Government security clearance. The position involves both remote and on-site problem-solving and collaborative duties with the team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform systems upgrades and troubleshooting using the Action Request System.
• Installs and administers Windows servers and desktop computers.
• Provides end-user support for computer and web account management.
