Job summary

Trova is seeking a hands‑on Systems Administrator to manage IT systems across manufacturing, warehousing, and corporate environments from Merritt Island, FL. You will ensure stability, security, and performance with emphasis on Microsoft Entra and Active Directory.

You will deploy and maintain servers, manage user accounts, monitor networks, and document configurations while collaborating with IT leadership for continuous improvement and secure operations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS preferred.
• Minimum three (3) years of experience as a Systems Administrator.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies and environments.
• Experience with network and backup technologies.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Strong process orientation and problem solving.
• Great organization and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support technical environments, including installation, configuration, and maintenance.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability.
• Implement security measures and maintain system integrity.
• Establish, maintain, and manage user accounts and permissions; install and maintain systems.
• Perform network management: monitor device health, performance, and utilization.
• Assist with deployment and management of application services.
• Deploy end‑point user devices and workstations.
• Document system inventory, configurations, and procedures.
• Assist in system design, development, and implementation.
• Participate in special projects as required.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
