Responsibilities

• VMware Administration: manage and monitor VMs, allocate resources, deploy new VMs from templates, patch VMware environment, monitor SAN/NAS health and storage volumes.
• Server System Administration: monitor server health, apply OS updates, manage user accounts and access controls.
• Operating System Support: troubleshoot Windows/Linux on servers and VMs, assist with software installations and configurations.
• Documentation and collaboration: maintain system documentation and effectively communicate with users and team members.
• Customer service: provide prompt internal support to users and internal stakeholders.
