Job summary

KeHE Distributors, LLC is seeking a Business Systems Administrator in Mendota Heights, MN to ensure stability and usability of the company’s systems. You will manage user access, configurations, and testing while collaborating with stakeholders to support scalable, compliant workflows.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2+ years’ experience with enterprise applications in logistics or supply chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience administering enterprise applications within logistics or supply chain environments (e.g., TMS, ERP, accounting systems).
• Experience configuring workflows, business rules, system parameters, and user settings to support operational processes.
• Proven experience serving as a functional SME for at least one core system.
• Hands-on experience translating business requirements into system configurations and functional solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting and issue-resolution skills for functional system problems.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for core business systems (TMS, ERP, accounting platforms).
• Configure workflows, business rules, and system parameters to align with operational needs.
• Monitor system health from a functional perspective and address issues.
• Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and access levels.
• Own functional testing of system updates, enhancements, and configurations.
• Translate operational requirements into system configurations and functional solutions.
• Identify gaps and propose configuration-based solutions when possible.
• Document changes, test results, and approvals.
