Sodexo is seeking an IT professional to maintain and support core operating system environments, ensuring stability and performance. You will assist with upgrades, server and workstation configuration, resource management, and robust backup/recovery processes to keep operations reliable.

The role emphasizes independent work with some team collaboration, and involvement in change control activities and licensing compliance to protect system integrity.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting operating system administration and routine maintenance.
• Experience assisting with software upgrades, system testing, and deployment coordination.
• Knowledge of workstation and server configuration, setup, and troubleshooting practices.
• Familiarity with disk space management, backup procedures, and recovery processes.
• Understanding of licensing compliance, maintenance agreements, and participation in change control workflows.
