Connexus® Energy is seeking a skilled Systems Administrator for Operational Technology Systems to enhance the electric utility's critical systems. This role requires extensive collaboration with Operations, Engineering, and Technology teams to ensure system reliability and security, while also addressing production issues and leading improvement initiatives.
The successful candidate will have a degree in computer science or related field, with five or more years of hands-on experience in Operational Technology. Comprehensive benefits including health insurance and a 401(k) plan are offered.
We’re looking for a technically skilled and collaborative Systems Administrator, Operational Technology Systems to support and improve the critical systems that power electric utility operations. This role supports Operational Technology (OT) platforms including ADMS, OMS, SCADA, Advanced Systems, Mobile Field Client technologies, and OT/IT integrations such as IVR and AMI.
Working closely with Operations, Engineering, and Technology teams, this position helps ensure OT systems are reliable, secure, and aligned with business and operational goals. The role includes troubleshooting and supporting critical production systems, leading system upgrades and improvement initiatives, coordinating with vendors and stakeholders, and contributing to ongoing grid modernization and operational technology projects.
The anticipated hiring range is between $101,100 - 132,720. The final compensation offered is based on the selected candidate's qualifications, experience and skill level. In addition, this position is eligible for an annual bonus with a target payout of 8% based on company performance.
