The role emphasizes routine technical support and system administration across Windows and other environments.

Candidates should have 2+ years of Systems Administration experience, Active Directory, RSA SecurID, SolarWinds Orion, and a current DOD 8570 certification with TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• Education: Technical Training, IT certification(s) and HS Degree required.
• 2+ years of related Systems Administration experience with Active Directory, RSA SecurID, and SolarWinds Orion.
• Candidate will troubleshoot system hardware and software issues and provide routine technical support in the management of networks, software, hardware, configurations, and architectures.
• Must have a current DOD 8570 certification, such as CompTIA Security+ CE.
• Current/active TS/SCI clearance.
• Work Location: customer site in Tampa, FL.

Responsibilities

• Provides Systems Administration and manages the functionality and efficiency of a group of computers running on one or more operating systems.
• Conducts basic hardware and software audits of workstations and servers to ensure compliance with established standards, policies, and configuration guidelines.
• May evaluate existing systems and assist with planning long-term strategies and train end users on the proper use of hardware and software.
• Performs basic software installations and upgrades to operating systems and layered software packages.
